We understand that sometimes an item bought online just isn’t perfect for you. Most new, unworn, unwashed items are eligible to be returned for store credit. We must receive the item you are returning within 30 days, and the original tags must still be on the item. Failure to comply will result in the item being shipped back to you, at your expense.
Our inventory is always changing. That’s part of what makes Estella Kathrine so fun! Due to this though, we can’t offer exchanges. If you accidently order the wrong item or size, you can return it for store credit.
There are some items that are not eligible for return. These include items that have been washed, used, damaged, worn, or are missing the original tags. Additionally, any item marked FINAL SALE, have been marked down, or are in clearance can not be returned. The use of a discount code greater that 20% also makes an item final sale. Accessories, including bootwarmers, jewelry, sunglasses, bras, and scarves, are always final sale. No exceptions.

Other Important Info
The return is tied to the original purchaser’s account, which means the store credit is also issued to the original purchaser’s account. So if you want to return an item that was a gift, the store credit will be applied to the gift giver’s account.
Returns are processed in 7-10 business days. We recommend getting a tracking number to be sure of an item’s delivery.
If five (5) or more returns are made from the same account in a calendar month, a $5 restocking fee for each item will be deducted from the store credit. So, before ordering multiple sizes of a single item, be sure to contact us so we can help find your perfect fit (and hopefully save you the restocking fee)!
